After consulting with the KU Leuven and the City of Leuven, we unfortunately had to make the decision to cancel the 1st of April edition of the Beiaardcantus. Aside from this, it’s also strictly prohibited to let the planned ticket sales continue based on the advice from the KU Leuven.

We are looking at possible alternatives concerning the Beiaardcantus and will keep you up-to-date through our Facebook page. Always check the FAQ first! Has your question still not been answered? Then you can send a message to beiaardcantus@loko.be. At the moment all tickets that have been sold are still valid.

What will happen to my ticket?

> If you have purchased a ticket, it will remain valid. More information about this will follow.

My student union has their ticket sale planned for today/tomorrow/in the future, is this still the case?

> Ticket sales that were planned from the 12th of March onwards will be cancelled.

What will happen with the online ticket sale?

> The ticket sale for the Beiaardcantus of the 1st of April will be cancelled.

Will there still be a Beiaardcantus this year?

> We are looking at alternatives. More information about this will follow.

Will there be a Beiaardcantus? If I have already purchased a ticket, will I get a priority status? Even if I’m not a student anymore?

> The tickets will remain valid at the moment, while we look at alternatives. We will clarify the details around this as soon as possible.

How do I stay up to date with the newest information?

> We keep everyone up to date via the LOKO Facebookpage. This FAQ will also be updated with the most recent information.
