With the 'Subsidy Belgian Official Gazette', LOKO wants to encourage all associations in Leuven to adopt a non-profit structure by financially intervening in this aspect of the fixed costs of a non-profit structure.

Is your association eligible for a subsidy Belgian Official Gazette?

DATA SUBSIDY COMMISSIONS second semester: Feb 16, March 4, March 18, last week before Easter.

To qualify for this subsidy, the association must be recognised by LOKO and adopt the form of a non-profit organisation (vzw).

This subsidy is equal to the cost of one filing per association for publication in the Belgian Official Gazette per year, as known at the time the filing is done. We use the same price as the Belgian Official Gazette.

How can you apply for a subsidy Belgian Official Gazette?

You must submit the application for the subsidy annually by forwarding the evidence to subsidies@loko.be or via the tool on the website (temporarily unavailable). Below you can read which evidence you have to submit to LOKO.

To qualify for the subsidy, we ask you to submit a copy of the stamped filing or evidence of payment* of the filing by May 1st at the latest. These documents may not be older than 365 days on May 1st of the academic year in which the application is submitted.

*An official receipt. You can download one via your online banking. A screenshot of your mobile banking app, a payment order or a letter is not valid.

! Attention: at the moment our subsidy tool is not working (yet). For the time being, applications may be forwarded by e-mail to subsidies@loko.be.
