LOKO is the umbrella organization for all Leuven students. We represent the interests of our students, organize activities, support student associations, and provide training and services.

Representation
Representing students is our driving force. On numerous social, cultural, sports & international issues, the representatives of LOKO are actively working every day to improve Leuven for their fellow students.
LOKO represents its students in everything related to Leuven.
Think of housing, food, mobility, diversity, culture, sustainability, health, student activities, Acco, as well as student bars, nuisance, and party policy.
Support and services
LOKO offers students and associations a number of services. We provide subsidies and a lending service for circles and affiliated associations, offer our in-house lawyer for issues with rental deposits, and have an extensive training program.
Events
LOKO not only supports associations but also organizes many activities itself. You can categorize these into one of our operational domains: culture, sports, international, training, or team building. Have you ever heard of the 24-hour run, the Carillon Cantus, Survival of the Student, or the visual arts festival Ithaka?
