Subsidy
LOKO offers four types of grants that you can apply for, depending on the needs of your project or organisation. The terms and conditions and application procedures for these grants vary depending on the type. There are operating grants, insurance grants, Belgian Official Gazette grants and project grants. The latter are further divided into small and large project grants.
Applications may be emailed to subsidies@loko.be.
Important!
Please note: Bear this in mind when planning your application: submit it at least one week before the meeting at which you wish your application to be assessed. The next SubCom meeting will take place in the first week of the second semester. The Grants Committee does not meet during the exam period.
We receive a large number of grant applications. Please ensure you use the LOKO templates and include the necessary supporting documents every time. Otherwise, your application will not be accepted. So please do not forget to include these.
Recognition
LOKO recognizes associations to support the Leuven student association landscape.
Operational subsidies
Operational subsidies are intended for the Leuven student circles and affiliated free associations.
Insurance subsidies
With the 'Insurance subsidy', LOKO aims to encourage all Leuven associations to adopt a non-profit structure by financially contributing to this aspect of the fixed costs of a non-profit structure.
